Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quedula (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Quedula is a web-based platform that allows users to schedule video publications to TikTok. The Service acts as an intermediary and publishes content on your behalf using TikTok’s official API.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid TikTok account to use this Service. By connecting your TikTok account, you represent that you have the authority to grant us access to publish on that account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish content that violates TikTok’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
- Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property
- Attempt to circumvent TikTok’s rate limits or automate actions beyond scheduling
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written agreement
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all videos, titles, descriptions, and hashtags you upload and schedule through the Service. We do not review content before publication. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that receive abuse reports or violate these Terms.
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled posts may fail due to TikTok API outages, account token expiration, or content policy rejections by TikTok. We are not liable for missed publication windows.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, disconnect your TikTok accounts immediately and contact us. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
The Quedula platform, its interface, and underlying code are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quedula shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including failed or delayed publications.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
